Golden Tower Cleaning is Hiring a Floor Technician (Sandy Springs Atlanta Area) Near Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a dedicated Floor Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various facilities. If you have experience in custodial services and floor care, we encourage you to apply.
Cleaning hours are evening hours after the location closes at 5:00pm (Start time will be between 5:15 or 5:30pm the latest you will work along with a cleaner who arrives at that time.)
This is a Medical dr. Office you must have a neat clean apperance (You may run into Medical personal from time to time)
Duties:
- Perform floor cleaning tasks including mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming
- Pulling Trash from trash bins & discarding at the dumpster
- Ensure all floor surfaces are sanitized and presentable
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals
- Assist with general commercial cleaning duties as needed
-You will work along with a cleaner who handles the cleaning duties at the location
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in custodial or environmental services preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks
- Willingness to learn new cleaning methods and procedures
-Must live or work in the Sandy Springs Area- We prefer person to be atleast 15-20 min from site.
This is a 1099 position we do not take out taxes. A 1099 form will be sent from our payroll provider at the end of the year for tax purposes.
This is a flat rate pay of $650 a month "ONLY" pay can be split example $325 deposit on the 15th of the month and then $325 deposit on the 31st. Or you can receive the full amount on 31st of the month.
